I fell in love with the Phantom of the Opera when my older sister showed me some of the movie clips when I was really little. The mask, the singing, the exaggerated costumes, all of it was and is very enchanting. But I only read the actual book in 2018. It is one of the more exciting of the classics. So superb and well-written by Gaston Leroux, the praise attributed to it is more than warranted. (And of course the ballet and opera is right down my ally.) Anyhoo, i drew this picture last year of Christine Daae, Raoul de Chagny, and Erik THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA!!! Enjoy!
